of civil society’s capacity to address unequal power relations,
influence public policy and perform social audit.

to efforts aimed at reducing inequalities in the conditions and positions
of the major populations excluded from political, social, economic
and cultural structures: women, indigenous peoples, children and youth,
and within each indigenous women and girl children and youth.

to strengthen and increase the capacities of the poor population in,
critical analysis of their reality, foster the resources and, the
implementation of appropriate and sustainable responses to their basic
rights.
